Create Studios staff have a wide range of skills across the arts. We work within the Swindon Borough Council's Arts Services team to offer people of Swindon the opportunity to engage actively in the creative use of new technologies. We have a long history of involvement in film and video production and, more recently, have excelled in our work with young people.

Stuart Webb - Stuart is the Arts Business and Development Manager for Swindon Borough Councils Arts Services and heads up Create Studios. Stuart has a background in world music and sound production.
Shahina Johnson is the Director of Create Studios outreach project Mobile Media. Shahina was Chair of 'Picture This' in Bristol and has also worked for HTV. She brings extensive experience of working with young people and new media and has been a key part of the development of the Flux Project, along with its new mobile facilities.

Keith Phillips develops the course and artistic programme at Create Studios. He is an all-rounder with skills in video production, screen writing and project development. He is currently working on his second novel.

John Farrow is the latest addition to the team, looking
after kit and facilities. John studied creative music technology
at University and worked with a local film production company before
joining Create. He has skills in Flash and Actionscripting, as well as music and video production skills. He is also the resident Apple Mac expert.

Marilyn Fitzgerald is Production Coordinator for Mobile Media. She has worked alongside Shahina to develop the Mobile Media initiative and has been responsible for key areas of the Flux Project. Marilyn has previously worked for Channel 4 and is presently developing her own 'myspace'.
Elise Hurcombe is currently working as Assistant Director on the Mobile Media project, as well as undertaking recent projects with Creative Partnerships in the Forest of Dean. Elise is a freelance artist who works on a variety of media arts projects.

Barbara Dixon is Arts Services Visual Arts Officer based at Create Studios. Barbara works with Create on the delivery of the Interface initiative and The Imaging Festival. Barbara also manages the stunning Art Collection at the Bath Road Art Gallery.
