Red Oaks Primary School: Weekly Film Club
Choose Film:
"Trash Terror"
Working with support from Mobile Media’s filmmaker, Gurchetan Singh, years 4 and 5 pupils set up a weekly Film Club to learn film-making techniques from scripting and filming to editing. They chose to support the school’s re-cycling theme by creating a cautionary tale with recyling super-heroes!
In their second term the Film Club created a resource for pupils and parents alike to help understand some key numeracy skills.
